The issue of missing parts is a frequently asked question. We do ask you to check the contents at the time of delivery. If you think you are missing something, please call us straight away, so we can get a replacement part out to you as soon as possible. In most cases the parts are packaged carefully and stowed on the inside of the bath tub for delivery.
All baths are hand finished and checked before being packaged for delivery by courier. As part of that process we always fit your feet and level the bath prior to leaving our warehouse. We label each foot carefully so that you know where to fix it when you fit your bath.
Some bath feet will be supplied with washers however some will not – it all depends on your choice of bath. You may even find that the front two feet will come with them and the back two feet will not. This is normal; it may be to balance you bath and allow

In our series of Frequently Asked Questions, one of the first things people ask is about the weight of a cast iron bath. And rightly so, they are very heavy if you try to lift them on your own.
As long as the building you are purchasing the bath for is structurally sound and meets building regulations, a cast iron bath will not be too heavy for the floor. Houses are built to withstand just such eventualities. Providing you don't have a really serous case of rotten floor boards, your home will be strong enough to hold the weight of your cast iron bath filled with water and a person or two.
Many of our baths (filled weight) are equivalent to having around 5 people stood in the bathroom at any given point. Just like being in the kitchen at a party! 1) Always use a tripod
